PASS/Net is Encore's Patient Appointment Scheduling System. It is NOT one of those misnamed "logging" products often found on PC platforms.
Users can define flexible schedules for any resource using daily templates, calendar templates, or both. A day may contain up to 999 time slots, and a time may occur more than once or not at all. A desired reason code may also be specified for each time slot.
During booking, previously booked appointments are displayed. The user may select an open time, or overbook a filled time.
PASS/Net also provides for blocking out a doctor's (resource) schedule. Blocked out time slots may not be used for appointments until they are unblocked. Appointments occupying time slots that are blocked out are automatically placed in a "to-be-rescheduled" status to provide for accessing these appointments for rescheduling.
Daily processes include Roster Printing and optional Charge Ticket Labels printing. Reports include Appointment Analysis, (Resource) Utilization, and Booking Analysis.
