Unlike many vendors, Encore owns and maintains all of its software.  This means we can modify and enhance our products based on feedback and suggestions from our users.  It also means we can provide quality first-hand services to users of our products without having to track down someone else.

Among these services are:

• HELP Team Support -- Call our 800 number and talk to a real person!
• Planning -- Coordinated steps to a smooth installation!
• Training -- On site, on the phone, or via the Internet!
• Software Updates -- At least 3 times a year!
• Management Orientation Sessions -- for New Administrators, MIS Directors, and Managers!
• Custom Programming -- Done Right!

In addition, we publish a quarterly newsletter and conduct annual Users' Meetings.
